If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received, please send them back to us within 14 days of the invoice date for a full product refund or replacement.
Please note. Due to hygiene concerns, refunds or replacement for returned capsules will only be issued for unopened bags.
All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Empty Capsules (Pty) Ltd.
